Security for shared cloud buckets
Revdoku provides private storage and incoming email for AI agent workflows.
- EU storage and compute. Cloud storage and application servers are based in the European Union.
- Encryption. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and protected by TLS in transit.
- Controlled agent access. Choose which agents can access each bucket and the permissions they need.
- Version history and rollback. Review changes and restore earlier versions when needed.
- Access and activity logs. Review bucket and file actions by users and agents.
- Human oversight. Manage files and connections in the dashboard. Two-factor authentication is available.
Each bucket has its own incoming email address. Receiving a message does not grant its sender access to the bucket’s private files.
Inspect a saved review and its activity
The Project Cedar example uses fictional quote documents received in a real email. An assistant saved a review through the browser, then added a second version. You can inspect the retained revisions and recorded actions in the dashboard.
Review earlier work and the note attached to the second version. Personal identities are hidden.
The displayed account had 90-day log retention. Visibility and retention depend on the viewer’s permissions and plan.
Activity logs are best-effort records, so an absent event does not establish that no access occurred. Grant each agent only the bucket access it needs; use separate buckets for information that requires separate permissions.
