Revdoku uses a credit-based system. You can purchase credits through a monthly subscription or as a one-time purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans include a monthly allocation of credits. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for subscription payments are available within 7 days of the charge, provided that none of the credits added by that billing cycle have been used. If any credits from the current cycle have been used, the subscription payment for that cycle is not refundable.

One-Time Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused one-time credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible subscription payment, contact us at revdoku.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and the date of the payment. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
